Headland Dr.

In April of 2009 Headland Dr. was a well looked after but dated home. The homeowners loved the location and the view facing the city so instead of moving they decided to renovate. This project took nine months to complete. The house was completely gutted and refitted with new electrical wiring, new ducting,new roof,a few walls moved and cast iron plumbing to quiet water movement from toilets , bath and showers. The bathrooms are a dream. The beautifully tiled floors are heated and towel warmers in every room makes winter bathing even more inviting. With some structual changes in the the kitchen we planned for a more open concept, with plenty of counter space, a functional island that houses drawers for cook ware and a microwave. Placement of appliances and lighting was a major consideration, we wanted our clients to move easily around the kitchen and have sufficient lighting for their cooking needs.
