Upward can provide advice about design options, materials, an outline of the project complexity and possible costs. We are upfront and honest about costs and potential complications and any quote we provide is a realistic reflection of the work involved and the materials used.
We provide a contract with details of our obligations and services, deposit and stage payments, project timelines and completion dates and contingency plans for additional work. To ensure a positive working relationship and to avoid misunderstandings, both client and Upward agree on all aspects of the contract and sign on the dotted line before any work begins.
Michael Upward, company founder and owner, provides hands-on, daily project management to ensure that the work is completed to standard and on schedule.
